I knew I’d found the perfect stallion for my ranch the first time I saw this incredible young talent as a weanling. Armani’s sire, Guarapo, is by the incredible Genil (Champion of Champions in Spain and Mexico). His dam is out of Gremlan Farm’s Ladina and by Navarre, both IALHA Grand National Senior Halter Champions.
Armani started his show career in 2007 with a Reserve National Champion Junior Stallion title at the Canadian National Show. He added to his accomplishments in 2008, when he won National Champion English Pleasure, Youth; National Champion Western Pleasure, Youth at the Canadian National Show and both Western and English Pleasure Performance Futurities at the IALHA National Championship Show. In 2009, he was honored with the USEF Regional Championship for top-scoring junior horse. In 2010, Armani was Canadian National Champion, Western Pleasure, Open. He also took top honors in several English classes at that show, once again demonstrating his versatility. After several years off, focusing on producing some amazing foal crops, Armani returned to the show circuit in 2014, winning the Western Pleasure Championship title at the Andalusian WorldCup show in Las Vegas, Nevada with trainer Howard Peet. In 2015, he is beginning Working Equitation training, under Howard’s able guidance.

Armani stood at stud until 2017, when we decided it was time for him to have more interaction with other horses and enjoy the liberties that being a gelding can bring. We had him gelded in November 2017.
Armani’s legacy lives on in his many champion offspring.
